General Responsibilities
Michael F. Loiben helps provides the leadership and vision that make Dolins, Dolins & Sorinsky, Ltd. a forward-thinking, service-oriented firm. He has provided tax, accounting and consulting services to closely held businesses and their owners.
Michael serves as Director of Quality Assurance for Dolins, Dolins & Sorinsky, Ltd. In this role, he reviews the firm’s audits, reviews, and compilations to ensure that they are completed in accordance with appropriate professional standards. In addition, Michael leads the firm’s accounting and auditing practice, directs the firm’s continuing professional education program, and manages the firm’s peer review process.

Background
Michael joined Dolins, Dolins & Sorinsky, Ltd. in 2004 and became a partner in 2009. He is dedicated to providing the highest level of client service.
Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Illinois CPA Society and is licensed to practice public accounting in the State of Illinois. He received his bachelor degree from The University of Kansas, and a Masters of Business Administration from The American University in Washington, DC. Michael serves as treasurer for the Big Sag Wetland Conservancy, a Not for Profit Organization.
