- Assess client's needs and subsequently recommend strategies to enhance company performance
- Help clients facilitate business start-ups, structure operations policies and procedures, implement new software and controls & train personnel
- General ledger maintenance and adjusting journal entries
- Prepare tax returns; including individual, corporate, partnership, trust & pension
- Provides tax projections and planning

Background
Started and developed an accounting firm named Accurate Accounting & Tax Services for a few years which has merged with Dolins, Dolins & Sorinsky. Has over 10 years of accounting experience. Hem lives with her husband Sanjeev and her two children Reeti and Priya. She is active outside of the office with her kids programs such as girl scouts and soccer. And Hem has been the PTO Treasurer of her kids’ school in District 46 for the last three years.
